Last updated: [Month Day, Year]

Please read this Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) carefully. By booking a dumpster with Load and Go Roll Off Dumpsters (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms below.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

We provide temporary roll-off dumpster rentals for residential, commercial, and construction use in Central Arkansas. We deliver the dumpster to your specified location, you load it with acceptable materials, and we pick it up on or before the agreed end of the rental period.

2. RENTAL PERIOD

2.1 Standard Rental Term. The standard rental period for each dumpster is as stated in your booking confirmation (for example, 7 days), beginning on the day the dumpster is delivered. 2.2 Extensions. If you need the dumpster longer, extensions may be available for an additional daily fee. Extensions must be requested and confirmed before the original pickup date, subject to schedule availability. 2.3 Early Pickup. You may request early pickup within our normal operating hours. Early pickup does not reduce the rental price unless we agree to a different arrangement in writing.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

3.1 Rental Fees. The total price you see at checkout includes the base rental fee for the dumpster size and rental period, plus any applicable taxes and standard included tonnage limits, as listed in your booking details. 3.2 Additional Charges. You may incur extra charges for: Extra days beyond the included rental period, exceeding weight limits, overfilled dumpsters, prohibited materials, or missed delivery/pickup attempts. 3.3 Payment Terms. Payment is typically due at time of booking. Any additional charges will be charged to the payment method on file or invoiced to you after final disposal weights and conditions are confirmed.
